this amendment ensures that property owners will in fact be notified and given notice, and their rights will be explained, and the procedures for obtaining any compensation available under this act will be made known to them. The big corporations and the big guys have attorneys that handle this. The little guys many times that are hurt, and the families that are hurt due to these limitations, may not necessarily know their rights under this bill.
