No kidding, Sherlock. The truth is these stumbling, bumbling, crepitating nincompoops at the EPA could not find buffalo chips in bottled water. Beam me up. It is time to pass H.R. 3902, that slaps a $100 million fine on oil companies that gouge American consumers. Mr. Speaker, money is all they understand. Mr. Speaker, I yield back a message to the OPEC countries. The next time they are attacked by Saddam Hussein, call UNICEF, not Uncle Sam.
