Congress has approved building a memorial to our dedicated troops which served our Nation in World War II. One of the contracts awarded was to a subsidiary of a German company which has Nazi roots. They built Nazi war planes; and they have some procurement problems to boot. Mr. Chairman, I think the amendment is fitting.
