I will vote for the previous question and the rule. Our military has been underfunded. We cannot protect America with a neighborhood crime watch. Congress should be bolstering up our defenses. I will also notify the Congress I will be offering a buy American amendment to this that will say, when you are spending this money, try and buy American-made products, try and buy American services to keep the ball rolling. I think it is a good rule and it is a good bill. We should support both.
