The amendment basically states that any funds that are made available pursuant to the passage of this act, that in the expenditure of those funds, wherever practicable, they be expended to buy American-made goods and products and that the amendment basically states that a notice of the intent of Congress, wherever the expenditure of funds are made to buy American-made products wherever possible, shall be given when any of those funds in fact are released. I would appreciate the support of the amendment.
