In concluding my time, let me say that I sat around over there for 4 hours. I am not on the Judiciary Committee. But I want to say this to the Rules Committee: This is a germane amendment, and it is the only one that deals with the rights and preserves and protects the rights of the American people. And we had better start becoming a special interest concern group for the American people.
