I do not agree with is where the private sector should be incentivized to invest in markets in America where their chances of success are fair and reasonable. That leveraged incentivized sort of government programming makes sense to me. To oppose this Green amendment is simply like saying, ``Look, we take a tarnished look at what the Democrats are trying to do to this bill.'' The Democrats are going to oppose your bill. Democrats believe if it is not broke, do not fix it. Now, maybe there is some people in the Department of Labor who are going too far, and maybe there will be some social agenda over there that does not meet what the approval of decent investments, but let me tell you something.…
