I would like to say that the amendment in the Commerce-Justice-State appropriation bill will give us a snapshot around the country of the whole business of security training, how they match up and compare it to standards, but in this bill the gentleman is exactly right. We are dealing with that specific transfer, and I am not an individual who wants to stop this contract, I am not out waving the banner to close the prison. I just want to make sure that the delineation of medium security level prisoners is the risk we take in housing those prisoners.
