I raise this now because the EEOC is vitally important to women. Pay equity, sexual discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, job discrimination comes through its doors and through its complaint process. We had an extraordinary case, the Mitsubishi case here, involving virtually pornographic, outrageous actions by male co-workers, and the whole Women's Caucus got involved.
