Mr. Speaker, Lindy Boggs makes us use the words eloquence, intelligence and excellence in the same sentence. I think that is why 11 years after she left this House she continues to draw people to this floor when we speak her name. That, in and of itself, speaks volumes of the lasting contributions and the significance of the contributions Lindy Boggs has made. If I may be so presumptuous as to speak on behalf of the women who serve in the Congress, we are especially grateful to today honor a woman whom we regard as one of the seers, one of the great mentors of the House.
