I rise to mark the passing of our colleague, the gentleman from Texas, Frank Tejeda. Congressman Tejeda's spirit, his patriotism, his sense of duty, and his service to the Nation and his fellow veterans set an example for all Americans, particularly the youth of San Antonio. The House of Representatives, certainly, is poorer for his loss. I wish to extend my sympathies to his family and friends. Que Dios lo tenga en su Gloria.
