This is a big crisis, this is probably one of the biggest crises we have today in the Federal Government.

Mr. Chairman, I am out of time, but I would like to suggest that maybe we ask this group of people here to start and come back to us maybe in a month or 2 months with a plan of how people are going to get together and hear from the folks…
I have every confidence that Ms. Jackson has the management capabilities and the wisdom to do what is necessary to run a good agency.
We haven't done very much. The reason is because we have not been able to harmonize our environment, our energy, our economy.
Nuclear power contributes 70 percent of the emissions-free energy in this Country.
There seems to me to be a bigger picture here that we ought to be looking at.
I think it has to be also looked at in terms of just what the reality is of the regulation.
I think it is time... to get these folks together in a room... and have them kind of outline, what is the vision?
