George Voinovich is a former Republican politician from Ohio who served as the 65th Governor of Ohio from 1991 to 1998. He was also a U.S. Senator from Ohio from 1999 to 2011. Voinovich's tenure as governor was marked by efforts to improve the state's economy and education system. As a senator, he focused on issues such as fiscal responsibility, national security, and environmental protection. Voinovich was known for his moderate stance within the Republican Party and often sought bipartisan solutions to legislative challenges.
Well, I would sure like to--how many of the agencies that were out there would have a national security dimension in them.
And just for the record, do you agree that the M in OMB should be the person that should be the orchestra leader and the quarterback on it?
So your observation should be that Dr. Sanders is doing the job he is supposed to do?
Have you done an analysis of what it is that you think the agencies you are working with need in terms of resources to do the job that you think that they need to do?
I just think it is a good idea to get the folks that are there... to have them come back and share with you whether or not they think the training they are receiving is relevant to the job that they are doing.
It would seem to me that if we are going to deal with this problem the way we would like to, each of the agencies need to be looked at in terms of the human capital commitment that has been made in the agencies.
