the earlier we can get on this, I think the better it is for everyone, including reducing the emissions.
I am real concerned about it because they feel that they are going to have to close some of the facilities based on the proposed rule that you are talking about.
Do you ever think they will have the supervisory people to make sure that we are not getting poor performance from these people?
Isn't there some commercial program that they could use that is off the shelf instead of starting from scratch and building their own?
Do you think we would be better off if we got away from hiring contractors and went to our own policing?
