George Voinovich is a former Republican politician from Ohio who served as the 65th Governor of Ohio from 1991 to 1998. He was also a U.S. Senator from Ohio from 1999 to 2011. Voinovich's tenure as governor was marked by efforts to improve the state's economy and education system. We are headed for a fiscal cliff and we need to change course before we go over it.
After national security, I think the most important issue Congress and our Nation faces today is this issue of our debt and budgets that are not balanced as far as the eye can see in the future.
You need dramatic and fundamental reforms. You need to engage in movement politics.
Nobody is going to bail out America. We have to solve our own problem, and we need to get started soon.
I would like to know in writing just what exactly it is that you are going to be doing.
It just seems that we don't have enough of that going on today in the Federal Government.
I do not believe that he is qualified to take this very important position that is now being held by Ms. Duke.
