I must say that this bill was discussed at length in the Committee on Rules yesterday, and I am not sure, maybe my friend from Texas was not present, but I believe he was, because it is incredible to me that he is making these statements. It was pointed out at great length that the Enron case is already in Federal court. This has nothing to do with Enron. Indeed, Mr. Speaker, securities litigation is carved out entirely by this legislation. It would not cover Enron.
