It does not, Mr. Chairman. These are for the homes, this is word-specific, that were moved out and brought back. Right now the mayor has to tell the people, for example, ``You cannot bring them back because the aid is going to be cut off to the entire community.'' If they took the home out, they brought the home back after the flood, this applies to those individuals.
