It is hard to believe it has been two Congresses ago that this committee and subcommittee passed out the AV legislation unanimously.

We need to spotlight this.

It would be a mistake for the government to fundamentally reshape entire industries before understanding what the data and research says is needed.

Congress cannot continue to blindly spend billions of hard-earned, taxpayer money without knowing where that money is needed.
