I think we really need to reach out to the people on the front line and say, 'Okay, how would you judge yourself to say if you are effective or not in impacting lives in a positive way,' and then hold people accountable to their own metrics.

I think what we are hearing here is a lot of rhetoric, a lot of politics. You know what? I am sick and tired of that.
