If we are going to be sincere about fixing this problem, I think we need to change the rhetoric of this Subcommittee.

Does anyone disagree with the assertion that repealing the SALT cap will benefit the 1 percent?

The difference, however, with the Majority is we can secure these benefits without tax increases.
