I, Theodore Roosevelt, President of the United States, by virtue of the power in me vested by section ten of said act of Congress, do hereby declare and make known that said lot one in block forty-eight of said Woodward Townsite is hereby restored to the public domain, to be disposed of to said Town of Woodward for public park purposes under the fourth section of the Act of Congress approved May 14, 1890 (26 Stat., 109).
