The co-operative plan is the best plan of organization wherever men have the right spirit to carry it out.
Surely poverty alone should not disrupt the home.
Character must show itself in the man's performance both of the duty he owes himself and of the duty he owes the State.
I desire only to take counsel with the farmers as fellow-citizens.
