I, Theodore Roosevelt, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the power in me vested... do proclaim that the said lands are hereby added to the Apache National Forest.
The boundaries of said National Forest are now as shown on the said diagram.
Such National Forest so enlarged shall, except as hereinafter provided, be subject to all the laws affecting National Forests.
It is unlawful for any person to hunt, trap, capture, willfully disturb, or kill any bird of any kind whatever, or take the eggs of such birds within the limits of this reservation.
