The public good will be promoted by including in the Apache National Forest certain lands within the Territory of Arizon...
This reservation to be known as Pribilof Reservation.
A broken promise is bad enough in private life. It is worse in the field of politics.
The boundaries of said National Forest are now as shown on the said diagram.
