But, in fact, we have an alarming rate in nonwelfare society as well. And within the bill, there is nothing there to really address teenage pregnancy other than cutting off benefits. Would you not rather join a Democratic proposal to have a national campaign to fight teen pregnancies, to prevent teen pregnancies, so that we can actually address the real problem in America?
