I think there is enormous urgency around this. We all understand the political calendar. This is the beginning of a new Administration.

Sitting where we are sitting now, having done nothing really for 30 years in terms of comprehensive tax reform has cost us millions of jobs.

I would not want to see that be part of the equation to come up with a tax plan that doesn't increase the deficit.

Tax cuts are fine, but they do not pay for themselves, they simply don't.
