I think when you look at the tax proposal that has been made by the Administration, you will see that it is very unbalanced.

Sitting where we are sitting now, having done nothing really for 30 years in terms of comprehensive tax reform has cost us millions of jobs.

Tax cuts are fine, but they do not pay for themselves, they simply don't.
