I know that there are many litigants who have expressed that view, and in fact there's been many State legislators that have passed State legislation not permitting State governments to take in the situation that the Supreme Court approved of in Kelo.

The majority apparently deems it more important to free the Government from paying employees it had no right to fire than to avert these very real harms while the litigation continues.
It also corrodes the rule of law by rewarding Alabama’s gamesmanship and outright defiance of court orders.
The one thing that does appear to be clear going forward is that chaos will follow.
