I think the American people are demanding that we change, we reflect the existing realities of the day, rather than saying, we did it this way last year; therefore, we should do it this way again this year. That is how we got into the bind we are in right now. I mean, a $4 trillion national debt, spending $900 million every single day just in interest on the national debt?
