We have worked well together across the center aisle, Republicans and Democrats. We have to work across the center aisle. We have worked well over the years. This time that cooperation stopped at the center aisle because a conscious decision was made not to go forward with a $95 million add-on which we could embrace warmly but rather to go forward with nothing because they want a partisan statement.
