reclaiming my time, you cannot take anything away from nothing. That is what they are now getting, zero, zip, zilch, nothing. I want to say here is some hope. You might have an opportunity to get something. I think that serves our best interests. It serves the best interests of American agriculture, and I will urge support of my perfecting amendment.
