The gentleman said he is sick and tired of the mentality of saying the feds ought to pay for everything. Guess what? I agree with him. I am sick and tired of the mentality that will says the feds ought to pay everything. Guess what? Under the EDA, the feds do not pay for everything. We have a good solid working partnership with State and local governments. That is the type of partnership we should encourage.”
