I point out to my distinguished chairman, I repeat what the ranking member, the ranking Republican on the full committee, Mr. Walker, has to say: we are dealing with budget function 250. So when you talk about the $100 million, that $100 million is not earmarked for NSF; that $100 million is in a broad budget function that has to deal with NASA, it has to deal with Department of Energy research projects, a whole wide range of activities that it has to deal with.
