We, as a body, as the gentleman knows, appropriated and approved with the President $21.4 billion. My office issued a report along with the Speaker of the City Council last week that 7 billion of those dollars have come to New York City, and that allocated or planned is roughly $19 billion. So we are short from the $21 billion.
