The Engender Health/UNFPA report highlighted the problem of obstetric fistulas in sub-Saharan Africa. This report provided valuable information that led us to understand that this condition is far more serious and widespread than previously noted. I commend the gentlewoman for her work on this issue and am seeking clarification of the phrase ``most heavily affected areas.''
