I would mention to Members a Washington Post March 31 editorial. In this editorial, they call upon all Americans to fill out their Census form. I quote, ``All kinds of harm will be done if the count is defective. A politician not seeking to score cheap political points at public expense might resist the temptation to demagogue, and instead urge citizens to turn in their forms. But in an election year such as this, that apparently is too high a standard for some.'' So they are critical of all elected officials that are urging people not to fill out their forms, that doing so is optional.
