July 2nd marked the 50th anniversary of the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which outlawed discrimination in public accommodations and employment based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

Those FSSI contracts displaced 500 plus small businesses in exchange for a handful of small businesses.

I could not agree more with Senator Casey. ... every possible matrix suggests that universal pre-K, or as near as we can get to it, is one of the best investments a society can make.

The bottom line is this is not working, and people are not incentivized to use it.
