You are breaking our back and it is not worth it.

There is a difference between expense and investment. These are clearly investments in our future.

What you are really describing is a race to the bottom, an opportunity to bid virtually against yourself, taking a risk that may be inappropriate in the moment.

The bottom line is this is not working, and people are not incentivized to use it.
