We are going to focus on a target which threatens the security of this Nation.

The fact is, if it was so important, you had 4 years on this committee. Not once was a hearing held into any of those issues.

This committee needs to examine the threat from lone wolves in our midst.

I also owe it to all the friends, neighbors, and constituents I lost on September 11. I will not back down.
