In my view the main reason school shootings have been an epidemic for the past 2 decades is two-fold.

the threats are as great today as they were prior to 9/11.

Over the last several decades, our Nation has witnessed egregious acts of violence in schools.

the problem we have here is the administrations look upon this as a budget issue and they look at it as being static.
