Thank you, Congressman Rangel. It is my privilege to introduce a man who has been a friend for many years. He has been a career prosecutor. For 12 years, he was district attorney in Staten Island. He was overwhelmingly elected. He is a true public servant. He is universally respected and is a man of unquestioned integrity. He is going to be an outstanding Congressman. It is my privilege to introduce the Congressman from Brooklyn and Staten Island, the Honorable Dan Donovan.
