In order to move the needle, we have to make sure schools are not just throwing money at the problem.
In my view the main reason school shootings have been an epidemic for the past 2 decades is two-fold.
the problem we have here is the administrations look upon this as a budget issue and they look at it as being static.
One of best ways to prevent the next school shooting are threat assessment teams.
