That is long overdue, and I appreciate the gentleman raising that issue again.

The novel coronavirus or COVID-19 has already claimed half a million lives across the globe, and here in the United States, nowhere has been hit harder than New York.

This is not the first time our country has had to deal with an outbreak and it likely won't be the last.

This is very dangerous. It could involve the loss of life.
