I thank the gentleman for yielding. Yes, I agree with the gentleman from Mississippi. The implementation of the Insider Threat Program, including a possible continuous evaluation component, needs congressional oversight and must be transparent. I look forward to working with the gentleman from Mississippi on this issue as we go forward.
