Page 260, line 18, strike ``(2)'' and insert ``(3)''. Page 262, after line 20, insert the following new subsection: ``(c) STEM Professional Development and Instructional Materials Grants.--A State receiving a grant under section 2111 shall use the funds described in subsection (a)(2) to award grants, on a competitive basis, to nonprofit organizations, and other entities, with expertise and a demonstrated record of success in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields to enable such organizations and entities to develop and provide professional development and instructional materials to support elementary and secondary education for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics in the State.''.
