``Thank you'' to the gentleman from New Jersey for the recognition and for leading us in this Special Order that pays tribute to Representative John Dingell. Mr. Speaker, it is my honor to stand on the House floor this afternoon to say ``thank you'' to John Dingell. Thank you for your service to country. Thank you for your service to the State of Michigan. Thank you for your service to your congressional districts through the years, and, certainly, thank you for your interaction and networking with your colleagues, which has crossed over party lines and has shown, in exemplary fashion, how to get business done in the House. In your tribute this evening, it is important to make mention over and over again of your service to the military by serving us in the Army and by serving us during World War II. Also, the Great Lakes State, Michigan, has produced a leader of greatness in John Dingell. John, it is an honor to say here, during this special tribute, that you were, indeed, everyone's coach. I know the person of humility that you are. You shed that praise when it comes your way, but make no mistake about it that it has been your coaching, your reinforcement, your encouragement to each and every one of us.…
