I also think, to the extent that one is arguing, as I believe the Chairman of this Subcommittee and the Chairman of the Full Committee are arguing, that the National Park Service or the U.S. Forest Service should have some role with respect to these issues, that we shouldn't be cutting funding for those agencies either.
