Too many seniors are facing unnecessary delays in accessing the mental health care they need because outdated Medicare rules prevent qualified psychologists from practicing independently in certain settings.

We’ve beat them twice before and we’re gonna do it again whether it be in state court or if we have to elevate this to federal court, potentially even to the Supreme Court.

Unfortunately that dissent is being led by my own senator, Senator Chuck Schumer. Who always seems to be at odds with his constituents and America these days.
