This idea that they're going to just fire people via Twitter, Elon Musk, that to me seems rash. It seems not appropriate.

I think there’s room for some better deal, but the window is closing.

It’s clear what they’re trying to do — change the rules, tilt the scale, to give their party an advantage in next year’s elections and this case should be thrown out by the judge.

We need to do this with a scalpel, I’ve said this repeatedly, not a sledgehammer.
