As the only SALT Caucus member on Ways and Means, all I know is they can sit and negotiate with themselves all they want but there will be no changes unless I and the committee agree.

I think they need to be more targeted and they need to be more thoughtful.

There is general consensus that we have no interest in supporting millionaires and billionaires, and this needs to be targeted relief for middle class families.
